Birth of Veritas Leaders
In 2019, I embarked on a transformative journey that would eventually lead to the creation of Veritas Leaders, an organization dedicated to leadership development for women of faith.
My entrepreneurial journey began with the establishment of my own marketing company, VT Marketing Solutions, in 2019. Fueled by a passion for helping local small businesses thrive in the digital age, I set out to assist them in revamping their websites and crafting effective marketing strategies. It was during this phase that I started building invaluable connections with local business leaders, which would ultimately pave the way for a significant shift in my career path.
Nurturing Female Business Leadership
Digital Experiences that Inspire
As I engaged more deeply with the local business community, a realization began to form – there was a profound need for a dedicated space where female business leaders could connect, nurture personal growth, and foster professional development. The desire to be part of such a group was my initial inclination, but there was an even greater plan ahead.
When an opportunity presented itself for me to not just be a member of such a group, but to initiate and lead it, I was determined to see it through. In collaboration with other like-minded women in business, it became evident that they had been searching for a similar support network. Thus, in November of 2022, we launched the very first all women’s Truth at Work roundtable, a momentous step toward encouraging and supporting female leaders in our community.
Shaping a Unique Vision for Leadership
While Truth at Work boasts an exceptional model for leadership development tailored to CEOs and business leaders, my vision for the future began to take a different path. I recognized the unique experience I was creating for my members, one that focused on nurturing female leadership, personal growth, and professional excellence.
In 2024, as Erin transitioned into a director role for an international non-profit, VT Marketing Solutions underwent a transformation, emerging as Veritas Leaders. This evolution represented a more focused mission. Veritas Leaders now stands ready to impact the community by dedicating itself to the empowerment and leadership development of female leaders.
