A story that began with websites and marketing for West Michigan small businesses, grew through a women’s leadership roundtable, and became Veritas Leaders.
It started with helping local businesses grow.
In 2018, Erin Van Tuinen founded VT Marketing Solutions to help local small businesses thrive in the digital age — revamping their websites and crafting marketing strategies that worked. Along the way, she built relationships with business leaders across the community. Those relationships would end up changing the direction of the work.
The more time Erin spent with those leaders, the clearer a gap became. Female business leaders had no dedicated place to connect, grow personally, and develop professionally together. Erin went looking for a group like that to join. Instead, she ended up starting one.
In November 2022, alongside other women in business who had been searching for the same kind of support, she launched an all-women’s leadership roundtable — a peer group devoted to encouraging and supporting female leaders in the community. Leading that roundtable showed Erin something important: the experience she was building for her members, centered on personal growth, professional excellence, and leadership grounded in faith, was worth building a company around. These round tables would soon become Veritas Leaders.
In 2026, VT Marketing Solutions became a part of Veritas Leaders, with a more focused mission: leadership development & marketing support for small business leaders.
Beginning in 2027, Veritas Leaders brings that same approach to entire leadership teams. Rather than developing leaders one at a time, the firm partners with owner-led companies to build the whole team — with a plan crafted for each organization, leadership-team sessions and one-on-one meetings working together, and ongoing support until the goals are reached.

Erin founded VT Marketing Solutions in 2019, launched an all-women’s leadership roundtable in 2022, and led the firm’s evolution into Veritas Leaders in 2024. She leads the firm’s leadership development work and every client partnership.

Becky Lehman is the Business Services Director at the Holland Board of Public Works, where she has found many opportunities to put her passion for serving others and engaging with people to work. She values HBPW’s focus on customers and the community, which shines through in everything the organization does. Becky enjoys working alongside her team and building a culture where they can learn, grow, and serve together.
Krista Honeycutt
Veritas Round Table Facilitator
Krista Honeycutt is the Talent Acquisition Leader at Royal Technologies and an HR Consultant for VSI Leadership. She holds a degree in Human Resources from Grand Valley State University and a SHRM-CP certification, and brings more than a decade of HR experience at small to large organizations, specializing in talent acquisition. Krista is passionate about helping business leaders and hiring managers feel confident hiring key talent, internally or externally. As a Veritas facilitator, she loves engaging with leaders who seek to lead their teams with a Christ-like, servant-leadership mindset.
Peggy Bodinaku
Veritas Round Table Facilitator
Peggy Bodinaku is a marketing and sales leader with 25+ years of experience helping organizations scale through strong teams, clear brand identity, and authentic storytelling. Her background includes senior leadership roles at Amerifirst Home Mortgage and Auto-Owners Insurance. Today, she leads marketing for Crittora, a fast-growing quantum cybersecurity company. She also advises small and mid-sized businesses through Bodinaku Marketing Consulting, helping teams develop strategic roadmaps, strengthen healthy cultures, and build trust from the inside out.
